The support department includes product specialists and account managers who can build close working relationships with each and every one of our dealers.

Our support department strive to be the best ensuring we keep up with all developments within our ever changing industry and always try to keep improving the service we give.


Software Support

Our Help Desk is highly respected within the industry and is operated by fully trained, highly experienced staff, many of whom have been with the company for some considerable length of time.

Our dedicated Software Support team are on hand to answer your calls from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours we also have dedicated staff available to speak directly to you. During business hours you will be transferred directly to one of our support team and outside of these hours, someone will contact you within 1 hour of your call.



We aim to provide a high level of training and support for all our dealers, both for new dealers and also on an on-going basis as users grow in confidence and ability.

Training is one of the most important elements to ensuring efficient handling of a new Software Solution. ARCsoft currently offers a number of training options:

Live Training at our Offices:
We have have dedicated, hands on training facilities designed to provide comprehensive training on each of the products in our suite. We limit the number of people on each course to ensure that you get a personal service and make the most effective use of your time with us.

Live On Site Training:
Custom training sessions can be designed and presented at your facility. These custom courses will be designed to fit your exact training needs, and are quoted on an individual basis.
